:: how to pump beatz

in case you wonder how internet radio works. here is what you need to do to get it running.

got to the last link - winamp, and download winamp (winamp 2 will do as well) install winamp. then open up your browser and clicky on one of the links from the radio station web page. winamp will start streaming the beatz. it its choppy - it may be because:

1. your connection to the internet is slow ( ie cable and above is recommended)
2. you computer is slow - or you are pumping too many apps at the same time
3. the server at the other end is bogged down with requests, so it can't deliver enough data to your computer

the doctor said: this is best use with headphones when you need to pump some cad, or out loud on the speakers when you need to create some ... smokin designs. you can also store the stream [mp3] on your harddrive and listen to it later. this method works better on slow systems, or if you have to pump a lot of apps.
